Fresh and whole gourmet vanilla beans are ground using our 12-day proprietary method to capture and retain fresh whole bean flavor. More heat-resistant and twice as concentrated as extracts, ground beans are ideal for cooks who prefer a non-alcohol based vanilla. Ground beans are easy to use and when stored properly stay fresh longer than whole beans. Use half as much as extract and taste the difference!
